This week we kicked off construction for our newest project in the Philadelphia MSA, on Cottman Avenue (a major thoroughfare running through the northeast side of Philly). The property is located in a super-dense section of the city that is extremely under-supplied with self-storage. The project will consist of two buildings: a conversion of a former grocery store building plus 32,000 SF of new construction. We hope to complete the 104,800 RSF project by the end of next summer.
