ATLANTA MSA SELF-STORAGE PROJECT SOLD

The 80,200 SF facility, located in Tucker (Atlanta MSA), Georgia, was completed in November 2018 and achieved stabilized occupancy of 90% in June 2021. Last week, we sold the project to Extra Space Storage, Inc., one of the five major self-storage REITs. LP Investors will achieve a 35.02% IRR and 2.9x equity multiple.
