DAVIE PROJECT SOLD

Last week we closed the sale of an 88,000 SF self-storage project in Davie, Florida. The building was completed in December 2018 and by March 2021 the project had achieved stabilized occupancy of 90%. LP investors achieved a 24.3% IRR and 2.9x equity multiple.
